Guðrún Helgadóttir

My field of research and teaching is cultural tourism, event management and heritage tourism. I have a special interest in visuality in tourism and intangible heritage, that is how cultural practices are produced and received in the context of tourism. I also teach courses in qualitative methods. Current research is on equine and equestrian tourism and on visual arts in the tourism context.
